'Devan's' stories in Vikatan Deepavali Malar-s
I have only one Ananda Vikatan Deepavali Malar from the year 1945. There is one story of Devan in it titled 'தியாகுவின் தீர்மானம்'.

Collecting Old Deepavali Malar of Kalki & Anatha Vikatan
I got Ananda vikatan about 15 issues from 1936, paid between 150-200 rs depending on the condition of the book. Even got 2/3 swadesamitrans of 1930. Same for Vikatan and Kalki Deepavali malars.

You can contact Mr. Govindaraju, lives in RA puram. His number is 9941132756. I bought a few Anandavikatan Deepavali malars and a few ananda vikatan periodicals of 1930s from him.
