General view is that with so much of lectures / power points on the Chemmozhi manadu Agenda - just a couple of days away, should the same be done here in Chennai too.
In that case the meeting/s can be informal too.
Most importantly, paper presentation of individual participants' dates are getting finalised now only for Manadu. with these dates -a clearer picture is likely to emerge by this month end...
We will touch base - after internal discussions - by the 1st week of June.
Dear SPS, May you please let me know if I can catch 5.30 PM Shatabdi from Chennai on 20th. Do you think that the meet will be over by now, or you suggest some other later train. My concern was to reach Bangalore by night so that I can go to my office next day without much tiredness. I am planning to come on 19th morning.
Since you are arriving on the 19th morning, let me see whether I can club you with couple of friends for seeing Uthirameur / Mahendra Caves if possible on the 19th itself.
