Has this story been run in Ananda Vikatan some in the mid 90's. I remember reading a novel about Karikalan's murder with Arulmozhi in it - well before I read PS. I could not recollect the author or the complete story line, but that was pretty interesting. In fact, I got to know about PS when I was discussing the story to my sister and she told me that there is a ultimate book called Ponniyinselvan which has Aditya's murder as a part of it.
