Todays politicians have zero tolerance if somebody criticizes them. Where as Mr Kamaraj was not. I have heard that Mr CHO Ramasamy would invite the then CM Kamaraj for his play -- Sambavami Yuge Yuge and would pin point at the mistakes done by Mr Kamaraj's government. The CM would take it positively and would instruct his officers to correct them.
I not sure how many in our group watched the movie Kamaraj - The King maker. I was told all the incidents narrated in the film are true. Its hard to believe that there was a CM like this Simple and Straight forward.
Its unfortunate that we never had another politician of his calibre till date.
