    Based on mature architectural features(like the hara recesses) exhibited by adhivaraha cave, Dr. Nalini had argued that the portraits in the cave temple are that of Rajasimha (simhavishnu) & his son Mahendra-II.

    This paper was published in the Airavati volume

    But as u say it may be Mahendra or Narasimha verma pallava..... i m not sure who it will be.  I need surely who is Narasimha verma.
