Dear Venkat, Kaikesi was Ravana's mother. Lanka was designed by Vishwakarma, the architect of the Devas, I think. Bharata's wife was Mandavi. I think others answered the rest.
Was it Vishwakarma or Maya ? Not sure. Tidbits : 1. Lanka was anyway designed initially for Kubera which was later captured by Raavana (Kubera avoided a fight by moving to ALagapuri). 2. Maya was Raavana's father-in-law.
