    Dear Friends,

    Today in Tamilnadu News Media, the Government of Tamilnadu has issued
    a Public Notice sating that Goonda's Act is amended in TN to book
    those who are responsible for disruption of Religeous and communal
    harmony in the State..

    Since Statues of political leaders are defaced / disrespected and
    recent disruption of harmony in the Southern districrts, the Law is
    amended.
