WHEN APPAR, SUNDARAR & SAMBANDAR came to worship THIRUVALANGADU, it is believed they sang their hymns without entering the Temple - not to keep their feet on the soil on which Karaikkalammayar kept her head- downards!

It reminds me of St.Ramnuja crawling the mountain of thirumala stating the whole mountain as Sri Venkatesa himself.
