    is this done as an mp3 file - an audio file of ps whole would be a
    very huge file !!! if you do have it, easiest would be to create a
    gmail account and park it there - and share the mail id and
    passpowrd with interested people ( incl me)

    Just a sugestion. Normally music and commercial mp3 cds are recorded at
    128 kbps. But a voice file can be at recorded even at 16 kbps without
    any degradation in quality. A 16kbps file will be 8 imes small.

    One hour voice recording will be about 57 MB with 128 kbps, but will be
    only about 7MB with 16 kbps.

    A freeware such as 'switch' will do the conversion.
