they directed us to an area where pot shreds, and other ancient materiel which had been found were kept.
a huge rock was in the middle around which the prakaram went. what was fascinating was that the entire complex was so much below the sea level and so close to the sea. i wondered if this was due to sea water rising in the last 2 millienia or change in topography where the sea was quite faraway.
