my suggestion is 3 and 4th february. we should announce the date firmly so that out station members can book tickets. saturday evening meeting in beach/ visit to fort museum sunday early morning we can start local members would serve as hosts for outstation members to stay.
sps please suggest co ordinators. my suggestion is madan, chandra and sivaram kannan. for they have been active in tours of recent. we need somebody from asi too. venketesh
