1. Whether the fuctioning of Adinams are anyway related to the Advaitha philosophy, or they still function separately. I think Advaitha Philosophy tries to explain mainly about 'Brahman' and its not clearly gives prominence to a particular manifestation of God as Visishtadvaita does. (correct me if am wrong)
2. I know many temples are maintained by Adinams, similarly Sankara mutt also maintains temples, whats the basic difference between those temples? Are they follow completely different agamas.
3. How the temples related to 'Dvaita' differ from those of the Sri Vaishnavism based temples. Do the 'Dvaita' temples also follow any one of the 2 agamas of the Vaishnavite temples.

just a little what I know
its not about principles followed but by ownership
there are three types of temple management in tamilnadu.
1.hr& ce- the bulk of the temple come under this.
2 adinam temples- dharmapuram, thiruvavaduthurai own the most thirukadaiyur, vaithiswaran koil, thiru nallar etc belong to dharmapuram there are some small adhinams too. like the velakurichi athinam at thirupukalur which owns the lalithambikai temple at thiru miyachur. ( should be almost a 100 temples totally)
3 samasthaanam temples- temples owned by the erstwhile princely states. ramnad and sivaganga own the bulk of it in south tamilnadu. kalayar koil, kunnakudi, thirukoshtiyur etc.( again should be numbering around 100)
the last type is the private temple. the chidambaram nataraja temple is owned by the dikshithars themselves( after a lot of litigation upto supreme court) contrary to the popular beleif -the kanchi sankara mutt runs very few temples, the most important amongst them being the kamatchi temple.
