Through some of my Malaysian friends I came to know that Dr. Jaybee has been conferred the title KADARAM TAMIZH PERARIGNAR by Malaysian Minister Hon'ble Dutto Samivel on 2nd Sept in Sungapattani.
I shared my regards and happiness with Dr. Jaybee on behalf of our Group members as well.
