thanks. Venue and time of the meeting will be announced? how the group is going to identify the members? A list will be prepared and that everybody knows each other. For a new member like me please update the procedures, if any.

Yeah, venue and timing will be finalized and announced. (Didn't SPS already do that?)
Just to make sure that there are a non-trivial number of attendees, and informal show-of-hands might be conducted as the meeting day closes by.
Apart from that, just come and join. There are no real formalities. Our only goal seems to be "Spend the time fruitfullly". Am I right, SPS?
