Actually speaking i dont knw much about ponniyinselvan but i have a great love for tamil and tamil realted things. so i joined in this group. i m basically interested in knowing about tamil poems and realted discussions.
Am one of the many great fan of Amarar Kalki and Sandilyan.I guess i have almost read all the Kalki's as well as sandilyan's historic novels.I am fortunate to be impressed by Ponniyin Selvan when i was studying 9th standard.My mother was a fan and reader of Kalki,Sandilyan and many more.I picked up the habit of reading those wonders from her.
There was a time in 90's,i used to regularly visit Moore Market old book shops for searching Kalk's and Sandilyan's novels which was collected and bound from Kalki and Kumudam Magazine.
The interest which was created by Ponniyin selvan and other novels led me to visit many temples and places . I came to know about this group from Varalaaru site,which is an excellent effort by this group.
