Ya, i completely agree. So many good habits like reading, chatting, going out like friends place, relatives place, temple, going for dramas, movies etc. are vanishing from public because of TV.
Serials are very worse, people are worrying about Abi (Kolangal) and about her family problems more then their family. So sad.
I was watching some comedy show (i dont remember the channel), where one guy aged 45+, he has got a fracture in his leg and he is walking with the support of stick. He stopped one person in the road and gives this stick to him, he ties his dothi properly and goes away leaving the stick to him. This person was just blinking and he doesnt know what to do and finally, he puts the stick in the platform and goes. This is repeated with different persons. Absolutely, i dont understand what type of comedy is this. This is cheating public and i dont see anything to laugh in this action. I'm very sure, those cheated persons wont do this kind of help anymore to anybody in their life time.
Well SPS In the good old days people did not venture to do anything else when there was a Koothu or Nadagam or Kacheri....
Its just a false sense of well being that people linger in a fantasy land worrying about draupadi,or seetha or remington steel or anyother charector...
Its just a way of dissociating yourself from the real world
The WEst does it We do it So I wouldnt actually blame them for this
