    Prasntham: enjoy the state of the senselessness
    Dharanai: try to meditate the absolute now
    Dharga: think now about the absolute and make your experiences into thoughts
    Samadhi:the inferences you make now makes you free of materialism and this is Samadhi
    Pooraha:resaga:kumbaha should have a ratio of time
    While you do this do not strain
    Concentrate on the point between eyebrows or the tip of nose
    Think AUM when you meditate
    The air taken in concentrates on various body points and activates the organs
    Thus it keeps you healthy
    If you do it regularly you will get the benefits in fixed time schedule
