    Thanjai Mamani koil is a Vishnu temple? If it is so, is there any chance to
    relate it with the Manikunra Perumal Temple near Palliyagraharam?

    &

    Kodikarai amman has any relation to the present Kodiamman temple between
    Karanthai and Palliyagraharam?

    Dear Satheeesh,

    after Pandya invasion (in mid 13th Century), Thanjai has undergone drastic change re royal establishments..

    re temples - subsequent mohammeden influence too caused closure of worship in several temples..

    The Narasimhar temple opp to Sarfoji / Saraswathi Mahal complex (the cross road west - east to Kizhvasal) appears to be the first Pandya strcture in Thanjai after the Cholas..!

    Thanjai - post Imperial Chozha era - study is being carried out..

    will share more in due course.
