I started KAN's Cola lately. It was intriguing to read about history without the fictional aspects. I just noticed there are lot of references to Kandalur salai, Rajaraja's Naval built up and its effective use by Rajendra. When I was reading this, I remembered Gokul's Cherar Kottai, how he has explained the RRC Naval built up and reason for Kadalur salai. Having read Cherar Kottai so far made it really interesting for me read Cola's. I also find a reference to Paraman Malapadiyar - a key figure in Cherar Kottai in the Cola's. Now after reading Cola's am eagerly awaiting rest of Cherar Kottai from Gokul.
