Dear friends -- I have been a member of this interesting group for quite some time. However, this is my first post.
Last week, I had a tour of the the Veezhinaathar (Netra-arpaneshwarar) temple at ThiruVeezhiMizhalai, on the Mayavaram-Thiruvaroor route. It was obvious that quite a few kings of the later Chozha dynasty, starting with Parantaka Chozhan, patronized the temple.
Can any member of this group pls. either provide further details regarding the Chozha contribution to, and involvement with, this temple, or point me to related sources of information?
