My father has some set of books on agasthiar, bohar, and other sidhar padalgals. They were like sangam poetic tamils, but slightly lighter than those in meaning and concept.
How did those siddhars studied tamil?
Also, there are numerous folklore recorded all over the rural tamil nadu.. when we see the literature of the folklore, it would be fantastic.. I have wondered many times, how such illiterate villagers could compose such rich nattupura song..
