Uma & her brother Chandrasekar, Ram, Venkat, Swetha, Venkatesan Kasirajan, Keerthivasan (new member) Muruganandham, Satish (and leter his siter & brother-in-law) were already present when I visited them behind Gandhi Statue around 530 pm, 30 mts behind the Schedule. Ram's friend and Krupa joined later. Around 730 pm Dr. Rajavelu ASI joined us. He was fresh from the excvn site - after furnishing the details of Kolappakkam to the Media - maeaswaran has cited in the Group already and The Hindu (Chennai Edn) reported in detail tdy Page 16.
Thread was picked from Earlier Thanjai trip - interpretation of paintings and History data etc.. Formation of Kalkifans Group to discuss widely other Non-PS subjects since scope to discuss only PS Characters, dialogues etc., getting thinned at some point.. Availability of very rich data in Agathiar group etc., were discussed. It was also pointedout that none of the PS Group members left the Group while joining Kalkifans. And to utilise the platform provided by Kalkifans to discuss things other than varalaaru / heritage also by all the PS group members.
Re Moderator/s, instead of singular system a collective responsibility and ceasing the necessity to moderate etc., were also discussed..
As usual, at Micro level, udayarkudi inscriptions - AK Murder - Whether Sembianmadevi was the first to convert Brickthali to Katrali, Uthama's Non-Involvement in AK's Murder etc., were discussed.
The need to update thebigtemple.com by involving the articles from the Scholars by a select Group of Ram - Gokul - Swetha - Krupa and circulate the website for private viewing of Sri, Sofia Madam and other Senior members (omissions inadvertant) before unfolding for public view etc., were discussed.
Ram recalled as to how he casually started this Group and looking back how many mile stones are created by the Group and looking forward towards more to achieve ..
It was opined that Primarily Kalki was keeping Swadesi in his mind when he wrote (during the British Rule) Parthibankanabu - Sivagamiyin Sabatham and Ponniyinselvan on the Historical, Thiagabhoomi etc., on the Social side and such Swadeshi was not the present South Indian or Indian, but the PRIDE ANCIENT Chozha - Chera - Pandya - Pallava Desis.
With Kalki being bonding factor - PATRIOTISM - LOVE TOWARDS MOTHER LAND - obviously assumes significance and things related to History / heritage / Literature more discussed in PS and other common things in Kalkifans.

That was pretty informative Mr SPS. Being in Madurai makes me miss all these kind of meetings. How many members are from Madurai? Are the Madurai members ,meeting somewhere for these kinda discussions. Could you guys please inform if there are such gatherings on weekends? Hope to attend these gatherings atleast once.
Btw, I apologize for my lack of activity for the past few months. i will be moving to Japan soon (any PS members there?;)) and hence trying to wrap up things here is taking a lot of my time.
