I have my own views; Will the gropu members take an vow not to pay corruption or slush money for any reason,however smaller the cause may be like getting ticket in black, paying electrician or telephone man extra bucks to do our job fast, to go to registrar office and get things done straight away without involving touts? I am trying to live that way, since my college days and have also seen hardships. I ran a factory in Baroda for 7yrs and got all my line connection w/o bribes. My motorcycle regn.- eventhough I possess all valid documents, I am dilly dallied, but I have not given up and have almost completed all paper work,however more they (in RTO) ask for. I am in the process of getting my regn.changed from Maharshatra to TN. We should not blame in common like ,``Namma naatta yaaralum thiruthamudiyathu'. That's lame excuse. Have we started practising it? Let's ask ourselves!!
