There is severe flood around Kaattumannarkudi @ Udayarkudi - near GKC. Road links are cut off between Vridhachalam - Perambalur, Perambalur - Veppur (Ulundurpet), Thanjai - Trichy (Near Tiruverambur) apart from Grand South Trunk Road being cut off.
Travelling southwards not possible right now. Beyond Madruai is also affected.
Have to depend on inputs from those who attended - particularly ASI source only.
