Hi all, Sorry for my very long silence; I've been following the travel plans with great enthusiasm. Kudos to all the team members for making this trip a great success.
I'd like to propose that this trip - along with Bala's voice and voice of other members - be converted into a VCD and made available for other members in the team. The ideal place to do this will be India - you can give the casette to those who convert such tapes to VCD..the probelm with this will be that the video will remain raw without editing, without bala's voice etc. Costs can be shared by those who want to have a copy of the CD.

I'll prepare a VCD with all voice music etc.and hand it over to Ram or anybody who would like to co-ordinate this. Members who need a copy can pay a nominal fee (for CD, copying and shipping) and get a copy.

Dear Gokul, Just brilliant! I would really love to have a copy of the CD. I'm sure quiete a few people will be interested in having a copy of the CD. As you said, India(chennai) would be an ideal place to store the master-copy. I'll have to be in the US atleast until August. I'm sure, someone from chennai can take up the responsibility(atleast until august) of making copies and shipping it. Ram
It's a nice idea. We need your help in mixing the audio and video.
I have the video in Hi8 video tape(small tape) and Balakumaran's speach in audio tape. If you want the video in ordinary video tape (big one), I can record it into the big tape and send it to you. Balakumaran described what is existing in each place we have visited. I have recorded all the places in the video. So, i think if his description is the background audio for the video, it will be nice.
