Which in your opinion is the single most important event or turning point in the storyline of PS?
Feed in your veiws and we ll have a poll for the silent ones toparticipate once we have a few basic events....
(PS it doesnt have to be anything of great historic importnace....in your opinion which was a significant turning point in the storyline...eg:Pazhuvettarayarin manamathram,,,,,karikalanin maranama,,,,,,Suzhikatru......vnathiyin sabatham...anything even pinagapaniyin savu...
Keep them flowing lets see if we have the same fire and interest we had 2 years ago

The hand/face which Vandhiyadevan saw while he was sleeping in his friend's palace...
After all, had he not seen Azhvaarkkadiyaan's hand (who was trying to hear out what was being spoken in the Sitrarasargal Meeting),he would not have had any suspicion. Only as VD happened to see some hand/face of Aazhvaarkkadiyaan, did he woke up to find out who is that mysterious man. In turn, Vandhiyadevan also happened to hear out the proceedings of the meeting, thus got an interest developed and begun to get involved in all sorts of things...

Single Most --- Turning Point
According to me, most of u forgot the Periya Pazhuvetaraiyar listening to the Sathi-thitam(of Ravidasan and Friend) in the Kal-Mandam when he was washed off by the Flood. Only after that hearing,Periya Pazhuvetaraiyar comes to know the big Sathi-thitam planned by the Nandhini and Co.
Though Periaya Paluvatiyar fails to save the Life of AK, but he definitely saved the Life of our Hero VD. If Periya Pazhuvetaraiyar did not tell the entire thing happened in AK's murder, then Kanthamaran,his friend, chinna Periya Pazhuvetaraiyar and other Sequence would had made VD as Villan of the PS and Kunthavi, ArulMozhi and Anirutha Brimarayar would be in helpless position to save VD.
So I feel the hearing of Sathi-thitam(of Ravidasan and Friend) by Periya Pazhuvetaraiyar is the Turning Point of PS
Thanks Srivatson Thats the resaon I included it inmy original example list...AKs murder may be a corner stone in Tamil history but is of significance in the story. VD listening to the sathithittam.... yes very important likewise AlvarVadiyan and VD hearig the pandiyar sathi is equally importnat I think
We all have forgotten punguzhali saving VD and Arulmozhi in the seas but for that there would be no heros in the story
