Dear SPS I have to tell you the good news. I have talked with Mr. K.Rajendran and Mr. Seetha Ravi , the Editor or Kalki today. Mr. K.Rajendran is not doing well due to age and feeling not healthy and his doctor has advised him not to go out. So he accepted to present us with a letter as blessings for our group which can be read inthe start of the meeting. And Mr.Seetha Ravi, Editor of Kalki has gladly agreed to preside over the meeting on behalf of Mr. Rajendran and will be with us for about an hour or so, as she is busy. Editor Madam has asked for the venue and time of the function and suggested it will be better if the meeting is held in evening hours. Madam is going abroad this week and inform me after her return and we can confirm the venue and time of the meeting.

the sub comitee for planing is meeting this weekend lets see about the timings. the original plan however was for the morning for outstation members need to travel in the night also remember we have a trip on the previous day.
