There is nothing wrong in dreaming, however, the successful people are those who have the guts to accept that their dreams failed to see the light of the day and continue dreaming;-)
I concur with you. you know what, in my past 6 years of experience, I have undergone nearly 9 appraisals and during every appraisal people will be fighting with their managers for hours together. You know how long it will take for me, just 2 mins. I never argue because I accept my failures. (adhukkaga naan succesful personanu kekadha.)
What i was trying to say is , only if we debate like this and bring out lots of possibilities, atleast one can turn out to be true. Like edison's success after 999 failiures. :)
