Except that he was very cruel. I had read that he had severe punishments for captured kings even as gruesome as pouring molten silver into the ears.

It is hard for me to accept Genghis and Rajendra as equals.
Genghis once claimed to have said "The greatest happiness is to vanquish your enemies, to chase them before you, to rob them of their wealth, to see those dear to them bathed in tears, to clasp to your bosom their wivesand daughters"
Rajendra by his characterisitcs is far greater in my opinion.
