I want to buy an edition of PS which has paintings by the great Maniam in each chapter. The first time I read PS was in a library in Coimbatore in the early 1980s and it was the original edition approved by the author. It had one or two paintings in each chapter, making the reading a unique & memorable experience.
I have been able to find text-only editions so far (checked Kalki, Vanathi and many others). No paintings. I think one with the paintings would make it very interesting for my kid.
Any pointers for buying new/old editions with paintings welcome.
