I request Dr. Kailasam sir to follow the steps mentioned here.

Hope you are sending the mails from your yahoo mail. Instead Please follow this:

Type www.yahoo.com

In the left hand side what are the groups you have already registered as a member will display.

Select your group

Select Post in that group

Now you can post your message.

Once you completed select the post icon.

It will totally reduce the no of posts what now the groups received.
