I have downloaded the pdf file pandyan kingdom and verified that few pages are missing. Also the readability of the pdf is poor. Hence tried to convert into word through ocr software in which I got only 45% due to the scan quality.
If we got the scan copy with good quality with 300tpi, this can be converted into word file and used for republication. Oxford university press is ready to re publish it.
