One of theTrinity of Namasangeerthanam sri Sridhara Ayyaval Arathana Fest @ Tiruvisanallur near Kumbakonam Sunday - 05.12.2010
Similarly during 16th century a great Devotee named “Sridhara Venkatesa Ayyaval” hailing from Mysore (Kannada) had come down and stayed at “Thiruvisanallur” which is just 10 km. from Kumbakonam and spent his last days. In his life time he had proved his deep devotion to God in various ways. He wrote a lot of books and slogans on the Almighty. He had also performed “Nama Sangeerthanam” by visiting various nearby places In an another occasion he made a miracle by bringing the sacred Ganga through his Domestic Well.Ayyaval had stated that Ganga would stay at the well permanently.
