Initially i could not locate much on the epigraphs of the temple. Now i add this to the post.
Now got the following epigraphs from Sri T.V.Mahalingam's book
The earliest inscription is by Parantagka 1.
The year is not given in the book.
1. Parantaka Chola - in the wall of Kothandaramaswamy temple Madurantagam - Land in the independent village of Madurantaga Chaturvedi mangalam - offered to the temple of - Thiruvayothiperuman - this was recorded by one Dharmapriyan. This looks like a copy of the earlier record.
2. Rajendra's mei keerti in the door jam
3. Vikramachola - 4 padagam of land brought under cultivation for the Thiruayothiperuman of madurantaga chaturvedi mangalam
4. kulothunga II - A brahmin lady by name peria nangai kari - deposited 4 kasu- the intrest must be used for the procession of thiruvayothipruman.
