No History / No Literature - Off the track

    1. US as always has two sets of rules - one for themselves and another for others.

In case of Gulf oil spill the actions are different and for Bhopal
    it is different.

    2. had Bhopal happenned in US and Anderson an indian citizen hiding in India - US would have staright away sent army planes to take him.

    3. Whether internal security or human rights or Nuclear issues or my other favourite subjects - They have 2 set of rules.

even countries like Srilanka have a faster legal system and Indians should understand that they need stricter laws and enforcement system in all fields. They arecurrently happy with debates and writing mails.

    regards

Obviously.... don't blame the US, just that in India the political spine is so loosely coupled and mortared with selfish values that it hardly makes a concrete stand on 'yes we have different rules for us vs others!'.

Who let Anderson in and who let him out :-) Is he the only one responsible , what about the 22% stake the Indian Govt had in UCC.
Did the govt or people reach an out of court settlement for $470 Mil vs $3 Bil ? If the settlement was reached, why cry wolf now ?

Why does Bhopal come in 'pulses' and not as a continuous case ?

We dont have Erin Brockovich's across cities in India and our legal system is too slow and complicated.

Accusing the US is not going to get us anywhere, look for solutions in the backyard, remember we are a country that was 30 cr and let 30K british rule for a hundred years!

    Its only possible in India.

  • exactly.

That is what i want to have:
