New Subject - History of TN

    Dear Friends
     
    I have a doubt.
     
    1. The major epigraphs in TN which are dated to  BC are mainly about the gifts to Jain Monks. ( correct me if wrong)
     
    2. Is there any epigraph in TN of hinduism in BC?
     
    3. The Pathuppattu and Ettuthogai speak only on Hinduism and not on Jainism. ( correct me if i am wrong)
     
    4. Jainism was present till Sambandar.
     
    5. Then how come sangam is considered 2th to 4th AD?
     
    Please take me through this. This is a sincere doubt.
