I am a new entrant to PSVP and I am very glad to be a part of it.
It is said that during his lifetime, Vijayaalaya Cholan fought in 38 battles (and had 96 battle wounds to show for it). I am aware only of 3 of the battles - one for Thanjai , the one at Kumbakonam (against Pandyas). The 3rd is the Thirupurambiyam battle but it is still debated as to whether or not Vijayaalayan really participated in this legendary battle.
I would like to know the list of these battle locations, the chronology, who were the victors and loosers. Would appreciate if someone can guide me as to where we can find this information if at all it is available?
