1.So much effort is going into the material our members search research and post..I think we should honour them by discussing it and not ignoring it....We have lost some good members that way
2.secondly every now and then we have some member raising a querry and we tend to answer those most of the times but ignore them as well it would be useful to respond and say you dont know the answer...we have lost some eager entants that way and deterred new discussants from raising further querries.
3.Subject of your mail is important..if you are replying from your inbox but are touching a different aspect please change the subject as it makes our communication and archiving easier
4.If you are sending a very big article it would be useful to breifly describe what it is all about in a few lines at the top
I hope you all appreciate that these small things will only make our group more active and vibrant..
