BBC in ‘its last stages’

    Dear Rahul,

    I am one of the ardent fans of BBC and VOICE OF AMERICA News
    listening through Radio for pretty long time in my native place!

    That cockoo sound .. which was also modified & adopted by ALL INDIA
    RADIO ENGLISH NEWS ..preceding the News - was very famous those days !

    When the satellite TV was introduced in Chennai, I was thrilled to
    SEE the BBC news.!

    As you rightly put, it is unfortunate that the sensational News
    channels are thriving while the True ones are closer to exit.
