Yesterday I was watching sun news and it was about the
narration of film celebrity regarding Okanakal issue. When Mr. Vairamuthu is speaking he mentioned that kaveri issue is not started few decades before, it is from RRC period itself. In RRC reign Karnatakians(chalukyas) have built a dam accross kaveri and stoped the flow of kaveri. RRC had fight a battle with them and destroyed the dam. Can anyone through some more light in it.
