The inscription is left incomplete. It seems to record the merger of two Villages Sembiyanmadevi-chaturvedimangalam and Arankalakki- chaturvedimangalam founded by the Miladu chiefs Iramadevan Pattalakan alias Vikramasola-maladudaiyan and Siddovadavan-Gamundan (?) alias Uttamasola-Maladudaiyan Respectively in the 15th year of Uttama-Choladeva, and probably their gift to the Temple in this year. Mention is made of a princess (?) by name Pudi Parantaka- Deviyar.
