Where is "PAZHAYAARAI" of ponniyinselvan now in tamilnadu? The great capital of Cholas before thanjai was created.
Can Sriraman sir, tell us about the excavations that have been done at Pazhyarai? or Patteswaram? Looks like its another unexplored spot. So could be Uraiyur?
if you are overweight you cant even find a place to stand in uraiyur.
even the main panchavarneshwara temple has been so illeagaly encroached on, that 9 out of ten times-I miss the temple entrance . but the temple is a sight to watch. lots of kalvettu from later cholas. remember uraiyur was capital of early cholas.
