This suits even today. Kalki wrote about Bharati's prose work. Most people say Kalki did not recognise Bharati as a national poet and there were some sort of difference of opinion among scholars during Kalki meetings at Tirunelveli and Tiruchi.
But Kalki gave Bharati very high place in his writings. Especially he enjoyed Bharati's Kuil paattu' and the famous word of kuil's "kaadhal kaadhal kadhal - kaadhal poyin saadhal..." with Maadan and Kurangan and also with pulavan. And reading kalki's article on Bharati on this particular song is hilarious and quite interesting and make others to take the Bharati poem immediately to go through KUIL PAATTU.
