    I happened to see the following link in the ASI site, which says
    that RRC *inagurated* the big temple during his 19th reignal year.

    Whether inagurated means 'started construction' or 'ended
    construction' seems open, but I think in this case, 'ended
    construction' is more apt.

    In times where we are discussing whether RRC lived to see the
    completion of the temple, is this page out-of-date? or does ASI have
    some conclusive evidence that we are not aware of?
