After a long time, I visited Trichy and met Dr. Kalaikkovan and Dr. Nalini, who were kind enough to provide me a bopy of "Valanchuzhi Vaanar" - comprehensive works on Tiruvalanchuzhi.
During course of discussion, it evolved that Dr. Raasamaanickanaar (Pallavar Varalaaru / Paandiyar Varallaru fame) father of Dr. Kalaikkovan's Birth Centenary commences in March 2006.
Dr.Kalaikkovan's brother Dr. Arasu is working on the agenda.
With our long and intimate association with Dr.Raasamanickanaar Centre for History Research, Trichy, we should plan some memorable activity during this period.
Gokul, Ram, Kamal and Lavanya may take some lead and provide us guidelines to enable us persue.
