    today there is an article on dinamalar on the issue of origin of
    chandrachoodeswar temple at Hosur. This contention of Rajendra Chola Vs
    Krishnadevaraya is becoming an bone of contention while the temple
    renovation is happening.
    Putting this to forum for sharing addtional information available with
    our learned members and researchers.

    Thank you for sharing this sir. We recently visited this beautiful temple.I feel this is more of Chola than Krishnadevaraya, though some of the pillars have their influence also.

    There is an inscription of kulothunga III recorded from this temple.
