    Interestingly the main moorti is called Ramanatheswarar.

    Many temple of RRC/Rajendra are Ramanatheswarars – Esalam, Chennai Porur, Panchanmadevi etc.

    Collected these details for part of Ramayanam series.

    interesting temple where the word’ pallipadai’ was chipped off by later users. propably to stop the nature of the temple from detering the baktas coming to the temple

    the words pallipadi were also engrave in the interior and upper reaches i guess
