    friends,
    today i went to thirunallur perumanam temple. it is actually called achalpuram. it is 15 km from sirkali. a very beautiful place. this is where sambandar finally entered the pyre after marriage. it is very good to see this temple along with sirkali temple together on the same day. the village is very serene . a visit further east one gets to mahendrapalli- an another small green village named after mahendra pallavan. it also has a small temple.

    3 temples on that road. one has to take a left in kollidam town. mahendrapalli is on the seashore infact
