Keerthivasan, thanks a lot, great inspiring and eloquent presentation. In the drier districts especially Ramnad, Virudhunagarharvesting and storing methods are followed. Many channels that fed rain and river water to ‘drinking water ponds’ ( oorkeni) during rains have been blocked, thanks to reckless house builders unscrupulous developers. Oor kenis have now turned dry. We need thousand Mishras to revive and revitalize our parched lands.
