    Dear members,
    Our one of the great independent leader Varahaner Venkata Subramanai iyer ( Va.Ve. Su Iyer) was reported to be died in Papanasam water falls while try to save his daughter. Many said there are high controversial in his abnormal death. Can any body tell whether he really died in the water falls? What is the controversies in his death?

    Hi,
    I was in Ambasamudram in August and stayed in the Manimuthaar E.B guest house which is above the Agathiar falls.There was a small mandapam built in Va.Ve.Su’s memory .When asked about it the people there said that he slipped and fell while trying to save his grand daughter.The mandapam is on the edge of a cliff face.
